The effects of Key ingredients
It is 99.9% botanical oil serum, abundant in unsaturated fatty acid which is high in antioxidant effects, consists of Avocado Oil, Macadamia seed oil, Sweet almond oil, Jojoba Oil, Apricot seed oil, Olive oil, Sunflower seed oil, Grape seed oil, and so forth.

International Shipping Process
When we get your order, it takes 2 business days for the parcel to arrive in the warehouse around Incheon Airport.
When you get a tracking number, it means that your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
We use DHL for delivery and it takes 3 to 4 business days until custom clearance and then you will receive them within a few days.
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays in delivery.
- We use DHL for international delivery and USPS for US domestic delivery.
Customs and Import Taxes
The customer will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees.
Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order cancellations can only be made before we ship the item for delivery (usually 1-2 business days after the purchase).
Even if your order status is listed as “Processing,” cancellations cannot be made if the seller has already shipped the items to a warehouse.
Requests for returns or exchanges should be made directly to us by email. Such requests will only be accepted when the item received has a significant defect.
1. Return Cost
If the reason for return is not the seller’s error, the cost of return should be at your own expense. Return cost includes the following two sections:
1) International shipping cost to Korea
2) A cancellation fee of $5.0 which will be deducted from your refund.
2. Items are not returnable in the following cases
1) Damaged, defective, signs of use, stains, laundry, applied perfume, repaired, missing tag
2) Exceed 5 days of receipt of your parcel

5. Prepare your package for return.
Pack your item securely and insert and ship out the parcel.
* You should ship out your return parcel within 3 days from the received return address.
* You should make sure that the return parcel will arrive at Korea within 7~11 business days from shipped out.
6. Reply to us with your tracking number.
*About the refund
When we received your items and confirmed the condition of the items, we will send you a confirmation message and make a refund.
– Note –
International shipping is different from domestic shipping that it takes a long time to deliver to the destination.
1) We suggest you inspect all products right away at the time you received the parcel, in case of an item damaged, the wrong item shipped, wish to return, or other issues. In case exceed return available period, the return is not available regardless of any reason. We will highly appreciate it if you make a request for a return on the day you received the parcel.
2) You should ship out the parcel in 3 business days after we send the email of the return address. After getting the confirmation of the return submitted, the return address will be sent to you.
You can cancel orders within 5 days of receiving the items.
Exchange & Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
1) The item has been damaged/made defective by the customer (except for the package being opened to check the item).
2) The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage/consumption.
3) The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive nature of the sale, so it cannot be sold again.
